ELIGIBILITY: The Farmland Luke Bryan Farm Tour Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individual, legal residents of Iowa, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan & Ohio (each, an “Eligible State”) who are who are 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers and representatives of Smithfield Packaged Meats Sales Corp., (“Sponsor”), Advantage Unified Commerce d/b/a Edge Marketing (“Administrator”) and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and households (whether related or not) of any of the above are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By participating, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. Void outside of Iowa, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan & Ohio and where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations

TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 7/17/23 and ends on 8/26/23 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Dates”).

TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: During the Sweepstakes Dates, visit www.Farmlandfoods.com/RocktheFarm and follow the directions to complete and submit an entry form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Entry”). Limit: one (1) Entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Dates. For purposes of these Official Rules, a ‘day’ is defined as any twenty-four (24) hour period during the Sweepstakes Dates beginning at 12:00:01 AM ET and ending twenty-four (24) hours later at 11:59:59 PM ET.  All Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET 8/26/23, the date the Sweepstakes ends.

Entries that are generated by a script, macro, or other automated means and/or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Automated methods of entry, including entry via third party websites or services, are prohibited. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for (a) electronic transmissions or Entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected or not received by Sponsor or its agents for any reason; (b) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operations or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of Entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Entries; (c) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants’ or any person’s computer, mobile device and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor’s or Administrator’s reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes; (d) incorrect or inaccurate registration, Entry information whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (e) any typographical or other error in any printing or advertising related to this Sweepstakes, in the administration or execution of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prize winner; or (f) cheating or fraud by any entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for any interruptions in phone service, unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections that may limit a person’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding Entries received from multiple users having used the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the Entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the applicable domain. Incomplete or otherwise non-compliant Entries will be void. Standard data rates may apply if a mobile device is used for participation in this Sweepstakes. Check with your wireless service provider for details. Wireless internet access may not be available in certain areas and is not available on all mobile devices/wireless service providers. All Entries becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING AND PRIZES: On or about 8/28/23, a random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries received to award the following prizes (each, a “Prize”): One (1) Grand Prize per Eligible State: One (1) winner per Eligible State will receive two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest to the Luke Bryan Farm Tour (“Event”) in the Eligible State that was used to register for an Entry (“Grand Prize”). Grand Prize includes two (2) General Admission tickets with access to a reserved VIP viewing area, admission to VIP amenities throughout the event, Meet & Greet with Luke Bryan, and one (1) parking pass. Meet and Greet is subject to artist availability and venue restrictions. Winner may receive General Admission tickets that are upgraded at the Event venue. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $378.00. Two (2) First Prizes per Eligible State: Two (2) winners per Eligible State will each receive two (2) general admission tickets for winner and one (1) guest to the Luke Bryan Farm Tour (“Event”) in the Eligible State that was used to register for an Entry (“First Prize”). ARV of each First Prize: $112.00. Total ARV for all Prizes: $3,612. Odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received in each Eligible State. No more than the stated number of Prizes shall be awarded.

Limit of one (1) Prize per person and per household for the Sweepstakes. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. Seat locations (if applicable) at the Event and show date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. The winners and his/her guest must comply with all of the Sponsor’s instructions with respect to the Prize fulfilment and attendance at the Event; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize. Event tickets and/or parking admission pass will be emailed. The winner and his/her guest may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification to enter the Event and/or claim the Prize. If the Event is rescheduled or cancelled for any reason after ticketing of prize, tickets will be subject to the standard terms set by the issuer, provided, Sponsor is not responsible for any circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill any or all elements of the Prize. Additional restrictions may apply.  The winners and his/her guest must comply with all Event venue rules and regulations; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Sponsor and/or authorized venue representative reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any prize winner and his/her guest who engage(s) in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Event or exhibition. Event and exhibition dates and times are subject to change. If a winner cannot attend the Event as specified by the Sponsor, the winner will forfeit all rights to the Prize. The terms and conditions of the Event tickets awarded as part of the prize, if awarded, will govern in the event an Event or exhibition is not held, as applicable, due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Event and exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be forwarded, transferred, bartered, resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Sponsor and the Event entities will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster or pandemic outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Event. The Prize restrictions and conditions stated in these Official Rules are not all-inclusive and the Prize may be subject to additional restrictions and/or conditions.

TRAVEL NOT INCLUDED. The Grand/First Prize winner(s) are responsible for all incidental expenses incurred in connection with the winner's use of the Grand/First Prize(s), including, but not limited to, transportation to/from the Event, any corresponding accommodations, meals, and parking for the First Prize winners. Any difference between the estimated ARV of the Grand/First Prize(s) as stated above and the actual value will not be awarded.

SWEEPSTAKES WINNER NOTIFICATION/VERIFICATION: Potential Prize winners, will be notified by the email address used to register for the Sweepstakes. All potential Prize winners must respond to such notification email with the requested information within 48 hours of date notified or the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Potential winners will be subject to disqualification in the event of any failure to comply with any Prize notification/verification requirement or if a Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable. All Prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received. To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor reserves the right to perform a detailed publicity and background check on the potential winners and his/her guest, of any and all records (including, without limitation civil and criminal court records, and police reports), and, based on its results, may disqualify the winner and/or his/her guest, in the Sponsor's sole discretion. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you hereby authorize the Sponsor or their agent, to the extent permitted by law, to perform such publicity and background check in the event that you are selected as a potential winner. A potential winner who is disqualified for any reason will forfeit the entire prize and he/she and his/her guest will not be entitled to any form of prize, award or compensation.

The Sweepstakes and all personal information provided or collected in connection with the Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at www.Smithfieldfoods.com/privacy-policy.  If you are selected as a winner, your name may be included in a publicly-available winner’s list.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No substitution, assignment or transfer of any Prize is permitted by winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion, if an advertised Prize or portion thereof becomes unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of any Prize awarded in this Sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of each winner. All Prize details specified herein are subject to change and shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Entry into this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of any Prize constitutes winner’s agreement (and agreement to confirm in this grant in writing, if requested) and permission for Sponsor and its designees and agencies to use winner’s name/likeness, photograph and limited biographical information for advertising and trade purposes in any and all media worldwide without limitation and without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes winner’s acknowledgement that the Released Parties (as defined below) have neither made, nor are in any way responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a Prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. By participating and/or accepting a Prize, Sweepstakes entrants agree to release and forever discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue Sponsor, Administrator, Luke Bryan, Row Crop, LLC, participating retailers, prize providers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, agents and Sweepstakes and advertising agencies and the employees, directors and officers of each of the foregoing entities (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which they may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for bodily injury, death, damages, or illness arising out of or relating to or claimed to be arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, Prize acceptance, or preparing for, traveling to/from and attending the Event or any Event-related activity. Luke Bryan, Row Crop, LLC or each of their respective parents, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not an administrator, sponsor or co-sponsor of this Sweepstakes.  Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or other errors in Sweepstakes-related material. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify permanently from this Sweepstakes any entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules. If it is suspected that the same individual enters the Sweepstakes using multiple email accounts in an attempt to gain additional entries beyond the Entry limits stated in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify such individual and all Entries will be void. By entering, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Commonwealth of Virginia; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) to the extent allowed by applicable law, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Commonwealth of Virginia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Virginia. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.
