Pasta (elbow, cavatappi, or whatever you prefer)

Directions
Mix all ingredients, except noodles, salt and pepper, in pot. Bring to boil and simmer for 1-1/2 hours.
At this point, taste and add salt and pepper.
Add noodles and cook an additional 10 minutes (or until pasta is cooked). Serve immediately.
