12 ounces Farmland Premium Center Cut Applewood Smoked Thick Cut Bacon 3 pounds Velveeta Cheese, Cubed 1 cup Milk 4 Corn Ears, Grilled 14 ounces Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chiles 8 ounces Diced Mild Green Chiles 1/2 cup Queso Fresco, Crumbled 1/4 cup Fresh Tomatoes, Diced 1/4 cup Red Onion, Diced 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, Minced Tortilla Chips

Directions
1Heat a pan over medium-high heat and render the bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and reserve.
2Cut the grilled corn off from the cob and place into a large glass mixing bowl.
3Add the Velveeta, milk, Rotel, Hatch green chiles, and combine.
4Melt on high in the microwave for four minutes, stirring halfway through, or until melted.
5Fold in the bacon and transfer to a serving bowl.
6Garnish with the queso fresco, fresh tomatoes, onion, and cilantro.
