Frozen steak fries
28 ounces
2 teaspoons
Sea salt
2 teaspoons
2 teaspoons
Black pepper
2 teaspoons
8 ounces
Wisconsin cheese curds
8 ounces
1/4 cup
Green onions, chopped
1/4 cup
1 package
White gravy mix
1 package

Directions


  1. Prepare white gravy mix according to package instructions and keep on warm

  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F and cook bacon on a cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes until crispy. Set aside and drain excess bacon grease. Once cooled, cut the bacon into 1-inch pieces

  3. While cooking bacon, place frozen steak fries in an oven or air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes

  4. Bake or air fry the Wisconsin cheese curds for 15 to 20 minutes and set aside

  5. Place the steak fries on a platter and top with the Wisconsin cheese curds and gravy. Garnish with green onions and bacon pieces
