Directions
1Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2Lay bacon out on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with the brown sugar. Bake until crispy and caramelized, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and drain on paper towels. Reserve.
3While the bacon is cooking, heat the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cayenne in a saucepan until bubbly, stirring constantly.
4Transfer the brown sugar to a large mixing bowl and add the oyster crackers, tossing thoroughly to coat.
5Quickly transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake until caramelized. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
6When the bacon is completely cooled, chop into ¼-inch pieces and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add the oyster crackers, peanuts, pretzels, and kettle corn. Toss to combine.
7Serve warm or allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container.
