Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Lay bacon out on a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with the brown sugar. Bake until crispy and caramelized, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and drain on paper towels. Reserve.
While the bacon is cooking, heat the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cayenne in a saucepan until bubbly, stirring constantly.
Transfer the brown sugar to a large mixing bowl and add the oyster crackers, tossing thoroughly to coat.
Quickly transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake until caramelized. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
When the bacon is completely cooled, chop into ¼-inch pieces and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add the oyster crackers, peanuts, pretzels, and kettle corn. Toss to combine.
Serve warm or allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container.
