Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Cut the bacon strips in half.
Wrap each pretzel bite with one half of a bacon strip and place seam side down on a foil- lined baking sheet.
Repeat with the remaining bacon pieces and pretzel bites.
Bake the pretzels for about 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
While the pretzels are cooking, place the cheese, milk, and chiles in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Stir the cheese sauce to thoroughly combine and reserve.
When the pretzel bites are done, drain on paper towels then transfer to a plate and serve with the cheese dip on the side.
