Ingredients
- 1 pound Farmland Original Pork Sausage Roll1 pound
- 1 package Farmland Premium Center Cut Applewood Smoked Bacon, cooked for dipping1 package
- 1 package Farmland Original Pork Sausage Links, cooked for dipping1 package
- 1/4 cup Wisconsin Swiss Cheese, shredded1/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons Wisconsin Gouda Cheese, shredded2 tablespoons
- 2 tablespoons Wisconsin Muenster Cheese, shredded2 tablespoons
- 1 cup Light-Bodied White Wine (such as Pinot Grigio)1 cup
- 1 can Biscuits, baked & cut into squares for dipping1 can
- 2 Granny Smith Apples, cut into small slices for dipping2
Instructions
Cook the sausage roll according to the package instructions and crumble. Set aside
Combine cheeses and wine in a ceramic fondue pot and soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Omit wine if serving to kids
Heat mixture over low heat on stovetop for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Do not boil. Add the crumbled sausage. Remove from heat and transfer to a tabletop burner
For dipping, cook the bacon and sausage links according to package directions and serve with other desired dippers such as biscuits and Granny Smith apples
