Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Lay out bacon on lined baking sheets and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crisp. Drain on paper towels and reserve.
While the bacon is cooking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
Slice the sausage into 12 1.5 oz patties and fry in the skillet for about 6 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through. Drain on paper towels and reserve.
Arrange the breads, waffles, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, and spreads on a large platter or board.
Cook the scrambled eggs over medium heat, moving frequently, until just set.
On another platter or board, lay out the sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, and boiled eggs. Serve immediately.
