1/2 cup Apple Butter

1/2 cup Salted Butter, Softened

2 cups Tomatoes, Sliced

1 cup Red Onion, Sliced

2 cups Arugula

4 Waffles, Halved

8 slices Multigrain Bread

1 Baguette, Sliced

2 cups Berries

2 cups Melon, Sliced

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°F.

2Lay out bacon on lined baking sheets and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crisp. Drain on paper towels and reserve.
