Directions
1Heat the skillet to medium and brown the sausage
2 Once cooked, place sausage on a baking rack and drain the grease on a paper towel
3In a medium mixing bowl, prepare waffle mixture according to package instructions
4Heat the waffle iron and grease lightly
5Pour half of the batter in the waffle iron
6Sprinkle half of the sausage over the batter
7Cook approximately 5 minutes until done
