12 ounces Farmland Premium Maple Thick Cut Bacon 16 Frozen Mini Waffles 6 Eggs, Scrambled 1/4 pound Cheddar Cheese, Sliced 1/4 cup Hot Honey

Directions
1Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat and cook the bacon until just crispy. Drain on paper towels and reserve.
2Remove most of the fat from the pan and add the eggs, stirring often. Cook until just set.
3Toast the waffles and separate into individual small waffles.
4To assemble: Top each of the 8 waffles with some of the scrambled egg, ½ slice of cheese, two slices of bacon cut in half, and a drizzle of hot honey. Serve immediately.
