- 1 Cup Farmland Diced Ham1 Cup
- 1 Ready-to-Bake Pie Crust1
- 2 Cups Gruyère Cheese, Shredded and Divided2 Cups
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Sweet Corn, cut off the ear1/2 Cup
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chives, chopped2 Tablespoons
- 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream2 Cups
- 6 Large Eggs6
- 3/4 Teaspoon Salt3/4 Teaspoon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chives, chopped 2 Tablespoons
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F
Spread 1 cup cheese evenly into the pie crust then layer evenly with ham, corn, and chives. Scatter remaining 1 cup of cheese evenly over the chive layer. Set aside
In a large bowl, combine cream, eggs, salt, and pepper, whisking well. Pour over ingredients in a prepared pan
Bake until the quiche is slightly puffed and lightly browned, 30 to 40 minutes. Let cool to room temperature before removing from the pan
Garnish individual servings with corn kernels and chives, if desired
