16 ounces Farmland Original Pork Sausage Roll, 16 ounces 1 cup Old-Fashioned Grits 2 cups Whole Milk 2 cups Chicken Stock 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, 4 tablespoons 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded 4 ounces Diced Pimentos, Drained 1/4 cup Green Onions, Sliced

Directions
1Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the sausage, breaking up any large clumps.
2Drain the sausage on paper towels and reserve.
3In a large pot, bring the milk, stock, and grits to a boil, whisking often.
4Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until tender, whisking often.
5When the grits are cooked, whisk in the butter, cheddar cheese, and pimentos. Remove the pot from the heat.
6To serve, ladle the desired amount of grits in a bowl. Top with sausage and garnish with green onions.
