Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Combine the ham, chicken breast, broccoli, onion, rice, mushroom soup, chicken stock, and Swiss cheese in a large bowl.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Combine the breadcrumbs, olive oil, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
Top the casserole evenly with the breadcrumb mixture and bake for 40 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve hot.
