8 ounces Farmland Ham Slices 12 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and drained 2 cups Fontina Cheese, shredded 8 Eggs 1 cup Sour Cream 1/4 cup Half and Half 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg 1/4 cup Green Onions, sliced thin

Directions
1Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
2Line a Pyrex baking dish with the sliced ham.
3Cover the ham with the spinach, then the fontina cheese.
4Whisk together the sour cream, half and half, and nutmeg.
5Crack the eggs over the cheese and dot the whites to cover with the sour cream mixture, making sure to leave the yolks uncovered.
6Bake for about 20 minutes or until the whites have set and the yolks are still soft.
7Remove from the oven, top with the green onions, and serve hot.
