8 ounces Farmland Original Pork Sausage Links 8 slices Brioche Loaf 6 Eggs, whisked 2 cups Half and Half 2 teaspoons Apple Pie Spice 16 ounces Fresh Raspberries 1 cup Maple Syrup 1/2 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Directions
1Preheat a griddle to 375ºF.
2Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with pan release and brown the link sausages, turning frequently until an internal temperature of 165ºF is reached. Reserve.
3In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, half and half, and apple pie spice.
4Place the raspberries, maple syrup, and nutmeg in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Mash up the berries with a rubber spatula, remove from the heat and reserve.
5While the syrup is coming to a boil, spray the griddle with pan release, dredge the brioche slices through the egg mixture and cook for about 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
6Repeat the process until all of the bread is cooked.
7Wrap each sausage link with one of the pieces of French toast and transfer to a platter.
8Serve hot with the raspberry syrup on the side.
