Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
Cut the bread cheese into 6 cubes.
Fold the ham slices into quarters and place on top of the bread cheese cubes, fixing in place with toothpicks.
Bake for about 5 minutes or until the ham is warmed through and the cheese is beginning to melt.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with some of the honey mustard. Top each with 2 pickle chips and chives. Serve immediately.
