Preheat oven to 400°F.
On a lightly floured surface, roll each puff pastry half into a 10x10 inch square and cut into 4 equal squares.
Whisk egg and water together in a small bowl and set aside.
Brush half of puff pastry squares with dijon mustard, leaving a half inch border along the edges.
Top with Farmland Diced Ham, cheese, onion, and diced granny smith apples--dividing equally.
Brush pastry border with egg mixture, folding in each corner towards the middle and leaving space between each of the folds. Brush egg mixture on the top.
Transfer pastries to a lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown (about 10‐12 minutes).
Let cool for 5 minutes and serve warm.
