1 Ready-to-Bake Pie Crust
 
8 ounces Gruyère Cheese, Shredded
 
2 cups Pears, Sliced Thin
 
1 Egg, Whisked
 
1/4 cup Apple Jelly
 
2 tablespoons Water
Ham Slices, 16oz

Directions
1Preheat the oven to 375F.
2Roll out the pie crust about 9 1⁄2 to 10-inches round.
3Place the crust on a lined baking sheet.
4Sprinkle the crust with the Gruyère cheese and layer the pears and ham in a spiral on top of the cheese, leaving an inch or so of the outside of the crust uncovered.
5Fold the uncovered edges toward the center of the galette. Brush with the egg wash and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
6While the galette is baking, microwave the apple jelly and water in 15-second intervals until completely melted, and reserve.
7When the galette is done, remove from the oven and brush generously with the apple jelly.
8Allow the galette to rest for about 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
