Heat oven to 450°F. Cut butter into flour, baking powder and garlic salt with pastry blender (or use 2 knives) until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 450°F for 12 to 14 minutes until golden brown.
