Directions
Preheat the oven to 425ºF
Coat a 12-inch cast iron skillet with olive oil. Place the rolled-out pizza dough into the skillet
Spread pizza sauce on the pizza crust. Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top, then the diced ham and pineapple tidbits
Place pizza oven bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
Remove from the oven and allow to rest for about 3-4 minutes. Top with Italian parsley, slice and serve
