1/2 pound Grilled Chicken Breast, Sliced
 
2 Pizza Dough Balls
 
2 cups Red Onion, Sliced
 
4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
 
1 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
 
1 Red Onion, Sliced
 
2 ounces Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
 
2 tablespoons Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped

Directions
1Preheat the oven to 425 degrees farenheit.
2Stretch each dough ball into a 14-inch greased pizza pan.
3Spread enough BBQ sauce over the crusts to just cover.
4Sprinkle half of the grilled chicken, half of the bacon, half of the caramelized onions, and half of the pepper jack cheese over each of the pies.
5Bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 10 minutes, turning the pies once during cooking.
6When the pizzas are done, remove from the oven. Top each with half of the parsley and allow to rest for 3-4 minutes. Slice and serve.
