2/3 cup Black Beans 2/3 cup Salsa 1 cup Farmland Diced Ham 4 Eggs 1 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded 4 Soft Tortillas, 6-inch

Directions
1Gently mix black beans and salsa. Set aside.
2In a sauté skillet, heat up Farmland Diced Ham over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
3Whisk together eggs and cheese and pour into the same skillet.
4Cook over medium heat until no liquid egg remains.
5Spoon egg mixture into tortilla and top with black bean and salsa mixture.
