Preheat the sandwich maker until the green light comes on
Mix egg in a medium bowl
Soak the bottom half of an English muffin for 1 minute. Turn and soak for an additional minute
Remove English muffin from egg mixture and drain. Repeat with the remaining muffin half
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the English muffin
Lift cover, top ring and cooking plate. Place the bottom half of the English muffin, mayonnaise side up in the bottom ring of the breakfast sandwich maker. Top with Swiss cheese, turkey, and ham
Lower cooking plate and top ring. Add remaining muffin to cooking plate
Close the cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes
Slide out the cooking plate by rotating the handle clockwise. Lift the cover and rings, carefully remove the sandwich with plastic spatula
