2 Farmland Ham Slices 2 Turkey Breast Slices 1 English Muffin 1 Large Egg 1 Swiss Cheese Slice 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise

Directions
1Preheat the sandwich maker until the green light comes on
2Mix egg in a medium bowl
3Soak the bottom half of an English muffin for 1 minute. Turn and soak for an additional minute
4Remove English muffin from egg mixture and drain. Repeat with the remaining muffin half
5Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the English muffin
6Lift cover, top ring and cooking plate. Place the bottom half of the English muffin, mayonnaise side up in the bottom ring of the breakfast sandwich maker. Top with Swiss cheese, turkey, and ham
7Lower cooking plate and top ring. Add remaining muffin to cooking plate
8Close the cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes
9Slide out the cooking plate by rotating the handle clockwise. Lift the cover and rings, carefully remove the sandwich with plastic spatula
