Cook the Farmland Original Pork Sausage Roll in a large skillet over medium-high heat, until cooked through and no longer pink. Empty cooked sausage to a plate and set aside.
Drain grease from the skillet and add olive oil
Add onions, bell peppers, snap peas, and mushrooms. Sauté for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Add minced garlic to the pan and continue to cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant
Add cooked ground sausage back into the skillet with vegetable mixture
In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Pour mixture over ground sausage and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch with water and stir until smooth. Add the mixture to skillet and stir for 2 minutes, until sauce thickens
Garnish with sliced green onion and crushed red pepper flakes. Serve over cooked rice
