1 pound Farmland Original Pork Sausage Roll
 
1 tablespoon Olive oil
 
1 Yellow onion, peeled and diced
 
1 Red bell pepper, diced
 
1/2 cup Sugar snap peas
 
8 ounces Mushrooms, sliced
 
3 Garlic cloves, minced
 
1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
 
1/2 cup Soy sauce
 
2 tablespoons Rice vinegar
 
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
 
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly cracked
 
1/2 cup Green onions, sliced, for garnish
 
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
 
1/4 cup Water
 
1/4 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
Original Pork Sausage Roll, 16 oz.

Directions
1Cook the Farmland Original Pork Sausage Roll in a large skillet over medium-high heat, until cooked through and no longer pink. Empty cooked sausage to a plate and set aside.
2Drain grease from the skillet and add olive oil
3Add onions, bell peppers, snap peas, and mushrooms. Sauté for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Add minced garlic to the pan and continue to cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant
4Add cooked ground sausage back into the skillet with vegetable mixture
5In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ginger, red pepper flakes, and black pepper. Pour mixture over ground sausage and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
6In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch with water and stir until smooth. Add the mixture to skillet and stir for 2 minutes, until sauce thickens
7Garnish with sliced green onion and crushed red pepper flakes. Serve over cooked rice
