16 ounces Farmland Original Pork Sausage Roll 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour 1 cup Whole Milk 2 Pizza Dough Balls 4 Roma Tomatoes, Sliced 3 cups Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded 1/4 cup Green Onions, Sliced Thin

Directions
1Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
2Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat and brown the sausage, breaking up any large clumps that form.
3Whisk in the flour to make a roux, then whisk in the milk. Reduce the heat to medium-low and bring to a simmer.
4Cook the gravy, stirring often, for about 10 minutes.
5Stretch the dough balls over two greased pizza pans.
6Top each with some of the gravy, then half of the cheese, and half of the tomato slices.
7Cook the pizzas for about 15 minutes each or until the cheese is melty and crusts are golden brown.
8Remove the pizzas and top each with half of the green onions. Slice and serve hot.
