12 ounces Farmland Original Pork Sausage Roll 1 cup Frozen Diced Hash Brown Potatoes 1/4 cup Roasted Red Peppers, Diced 12 ounces Frozen Chopped Spinach, Thawed & Drained 12 Eggs 1/2 cup Half and Half 8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese 4 tablespoons Olive Oil

Directions
1Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
2Place a 10-inch cast iron skillet in the oven to preheat.
3Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the sausage, breaking up any large clumps that form. Drain on paper towels.
4In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the browned sausage, potatoes, roasted red peppers, spinach, eggs, half and half, and cheese, combining thoroughly.
5Remove the cast iron skillet from the oven, pour in the olive oil and swirl to coat.
6Add the egg mixture to the cast iron skillet and place in the oven.
7Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
8Remove from the oven and allow to rest for about 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
