Preheat the grill to 350ºF
Mix the cream cheese and the chipotle powder together in a bowl.
Place the cream cheese mixture into the jalapeño halves then stuff the sausage link into the cream cheese mixture
Wrap each jalapeño half with one slice of the half-cooked bacon
Turn two burners off on the grill and place the jalapeños on the side that is off allowing the items to cook indirectly for 30-45 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
