16 ounces Farmland Pork Sausage Roll 2 pounds Velveeta Cheese, Cubed 14 ounces Rotel, or diced tomatoes with green chiles 1 cup Whole Milk 1/2 cup Carrots, Diced
1 cup Ripe Tomatoes, Diced 1/2 cup Red Onion, Diced
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, Chopped

Directions
1Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat and brown the sausage, breaking up any large clumps. Drain on paper towels.
2In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the Velveeta, sausage, Rotel, and milk, and microwave on high for three minutes.
3Stir the mixture and microwave for an additional three minutes or until thoroughly melted.
4Transfer the dip to a crock pot set on low.
