16 ounces  Farmland Hickory Smoked Thick Cut Bacon
 
1/2 cup  Sweet Chili Sauce
 
1/4 cup  Rice Wine Vinegar
 
2 tablespoons  Honey
 
1 tablespoon Sambal Oelek
Hickory Smoked Bacon, Thick Cut, 16 oz.

Directions
1Prepare a grill for indirect cooking method.
2While the grill is heating, whisk together the chili sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, and Sambal Oelek, and reserve.
3Thread 2 pieces of bacon onto a skewer, creating an accordion-like shape. Repeat with the rest of the bacon.
4Place the skewers on the indirect side of the grill, baste with some of the glaze, and cover.
5After about 5 minutes, flip the skewers and brush with more of the glaze.
6Cook covered for another 5 minutes, then repeat the process until the bacon is crispy and sticky. Serve hot.
