Preheat the oven to 425ºF
Cube and wash the sweet potatoes into ¼ inch pieces. Place onto a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
Roast the potatoes for 30 minutes until tender and brown
Combine all the ingredients except for the ham and candied pecans in a food processor and mix together, then spread in a 13 x 9 baking dish
Sauté the diced ham and candied pecans for 2 to 3 minutes and top in the baking dish
Bake for 20 minutes at 350ºF
