Ingredients
- 2 Cups Farmland Diced Ham2 Cups
- 2 Sticks Celery, Chopped2 Sticks
- ¼ Cup Sweet Pickles (or Relish), Chopped¼ Cup
- 2 Tablespoons Red Onion, Chopped2 Tablespoons
- ¼ Cup Mayonnaise¼ Cup
- 4 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard4 Tablespoons
- ½ Teaspoon Salt½ Teaspoon
- ½ Teaspoon Pepper½ Teaspoon
- 4 Pieces Green Leaf Lettuce4 Pieces
- 4 Brioche Buns4
- 1 Box Butter Crackers1 Box
Instructions
Mix the diced ham, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chopped sweet pickles (or relish), salt and pepper in a bowl.
Chop the celery and red onion and combine with the mixture.
Add ham salad to toasted brioche buns and top with green leaf lettuce.
Use butter crackers for the remaining ham salad.
