1 Package Farmland Classic Sliced Ham 8 Slices Sourdough Bread, (1/2-Inch Thick) 1 Tablespoon Softened Butter 8 Slices Provolone Cheese 5 Ounces Arugula 1 Sweet Onion, Sliced Thin 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

Directions
1Preheat the waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions
2Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the inside of each piece of bread. Butter the top of the bread
3Arrange 3 pieces of ham on the bread, then top with 2 slices of provolone, a slice of onion, and arugula
4Hold the sandwich together and carefully place it so the buttered top is facing down on the waffle iron
5Cook and compress the sandwich until the outside is a crispy and golden brown, approximately 5 minutes
6Remove and rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Cut in half and enjoy
