16 ounces Farmland Cubed Ham 1 pound Fresh asparagus, cut into cubes 1 Bread loaf, crust removed 10 Eggs 3 cups Whole milk 1/4 cup Chives, chopped 8 ounces Cream cheese ½ Teaspoon Salt 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground 1 tablespoon Horseradish 8 ounces Gouda cheese 2 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 teaspoon Paprika 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped (for garnish)

Directions
1Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut bread into 1-inch cubes and add to a large bowl
2Add the bread to the food processor along with the eggs, cream cheese, milk, horseradish, salt, and pepper. Pulse until smooth
3Place the asparagus and cubed ham into individual bowls
4In a separate bowl, add the Gouda cheese and 1/4 cup chives and toss to combine
5Grate parmesan cheese into a small dish
6Grease a 9 x 13 casserole dish or spray with nonstick cooking spray
7Add 1/2 of the bread cubes to the prepared baking dish along with 1/2 of the egg mixture, 1/2 of the cheese and chives mixture, 1/2 of the asparagus, and 1/2 of the cubed ham
8Press down on the layers slightly with a spatula. Repeat Step 7, with the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over the top and dust with paprika
9Cover the baking dish and set aside for 20 minutes
10Bake strata for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until the strata is golden brown and crisp on top.
11Let cool for 10 minutes. Garnish with chives and serve
