- 6 Slices Farmland Hickory Smoked Bacon, Cooked and Crumbled6 Slices
- 1 Bag Frozen Tater Tots1 Bag
- 3 Large Eggs3
- 3 Teaspoons Scallions, sliced3 Teaspoons
- 2 Cups Cheddar cheese2 Cups
Preheat oven and cook tater tots according to instructions on bag.
In a medium skillet, cook 6 pieces of bacon until crispy. Crumble into 1/2 inch pieces and set aside.
In the same skillet, scramble 3 large eggs.
Remove tater tots from the oven and top with eggs, bacon and cheese evenly.
Return to oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven, and let cool for 5 minutes, then top with scallions.
