12 ounces Farmland Double Smoked Classic Cut Bacon
 
24 Medjool Dates
 
8 ounces Goat Cheese
 
1 teaspoon Fresh Tarragon, Minced
 
2 tablespoons Hot Honey
Double Smoked Bacon, 16oz

Directions
1Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
2Using a sharp paring knife, make a slit lengthwise along one side of each date and remove the pits from each.
3In a small mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese and tarragon.
4Cut each slice of bacon in half and place on a lined baking sheet.
5Spoon a small amount of the goat cheese mixture into each of the dates, place one on each piece of bacon.
6Roll the bacon around each date and secure with a toothpick.
7Bake on the lined baking sheet for about 15 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
8Remove from the heat and drizzle with the hot honey. Serve warm.
