16 ounces Farmland Double Smoked Classic Cut Bacon, Diced
 
32 ounces Frozen Crinkle Cut French Fries
 
1/4 cup Yellow Onions, Minced
 
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
 
3 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
 
3 cups Whole Milk
 
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
 
1 cup Scallions, Sliced Thin
Double Smoked Bacon, 16oz

Directions
1In a large heavy skillet, render the bacon until crispy.
2Remove the bacon from the pan and drain on paper towels, leaving the fat in the pan.
3Whisk in the flour to make a roux and cook 2-3 minutes.
4Whisk in the milk, stirring constantly, until the gravy comes to a boil.
5Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
6While the gravy is cooking, cook French fries by desired method on the package.
7To serve: Place hot French fries on a large platter. Top with a generous amount of the gravy, then the cheese. Top with bacon and scallions. Serve immediately.
