12 ounces Farmland Premium Double Smoked Double Thick Cut Bacon 1 pound Spaghetti 1/2 cup Yellow Onion, Diced 2 cloves Fresh Garlic, Minced 1/2 cup Heavy Cream 2 Eggs 2 Egg Yolks 1/2 cup Romano Cheese, Grated 1/4 cup Flat Leaf Parsley, Chopped

Directions
1Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
2While the water is coming to a boil, heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
3Render the bacon until crispy, then add the onions and garlic, cooking until just tender.
4Add the heavy cream, bring to a boil, then remove the bacon mixture from the heat.
5Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
6While the pasta is cooking, combine the eggs, egg yolks, and cheese in a bowl.
7Drain the pasta, reserving two cups of the pasta water.
8Toss the pasta and egg mixture together in the pot with the bacon mixture, adding pasta water bit by bit to adjust consistency.
9Transfer the pasta to a large serving bowl and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
