Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
Slice the sausage roll into 6 patties, and cut the 5 bacon slices in half.
Line a cooking sheet with parchment and place the sausage patties and bacon slices on the tray.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until the bacon and sausage are cooked through.
Remove the tray from the oven. Transfer the breakfast meats to a plate and drain off about half of the rendered fat.
Spread the hash browns and apples over the sheet tray, making 5 divots for the eggs.
Bake the hash brown mixture for about 15 minutes or until just beginning to brown.
Crack the eggs into the divots and spread the meats evenly around.
Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes or until the egg whites are just set.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
