8 ounces Farmland Premium Maple Thick Cut Bacon 1 cup Brown sugar 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk 8 ounces Heavy whipping cream 2 tablespoons Bourbon 2 tablespoons Maple syrup, 2 tablespoons 1/2 teaspoon Maple extract 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions
1Preheat the oven to 400º F
2Generously coat both sides of the bacon slices with brown sugar
3Place the brown sugar-coated bacon onto a cooling rack with nonstick cooking spray. Lay the cooling rack over an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet
4Cook the bacon for about 15-20 minutes until it looks caramelized and firm, keeping a close watch so it doesn’t burn
5Let bacon cool slightly until it no longer sticks and remove from the cooling rack. Place on a piece of parchment paper and allow to cool further
6Gently and slowly add the sweetened condensed milk, bourbon, vanilla extract, maple extract, and heavy whipping cream to the ice cream maker. Follow the instructions with your maker as they can vary depending on the manufacturer
7Chop candied bacon and sprinkle over the top of the ice cream. Freeze according to the directions provided
8Once frozen, drizzle with the maple syrup, garnish with more bacon, and serve
