6 strips Farmland Premium Maple Thick Cut Bacon 2 cups Fresh or Frozen Rhubarb, Chopped 1/2 cup Onion, Finely Diced 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger, Peeled & Minced 1 teaspoon Ground Allspice 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 1 cup BBQ Sauce

Directions
1Place a large saucepan over medium heat.
2Cook bacon for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
3Transfer the bacon to a plate and remove all but 2 tablespoons of bacon fat from the saucepan.
4Stir bacon, rhubarb, onion, garlic, ginger, allspice, and cinnamon into a saucepan over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes or until veggies are softened.
5Stir in BBQ sauce and bring to a simmer.
6Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes or until thick.
7Cool completely before placing in a small mason jar and store in the refrigerator.
