Place a large saucepan over medium heat.
Cook bacon for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned and crisp.
Transfer the bacon to a plate and remove all but 2 tablespoons of bacon fat from the saucepan.
Stir bacon, rhubarb, onion, garlic, ginger, allspice, and cinnamon into a saucepan over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes or until veggies are softened.
Stir in BBQ sauce and bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to medium low and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes or until thick.
Cool completely before placing in a small mason jar and store in the refrigerator.
