12 Ounces Farmland Premium Maple Thick Cut Bacon, diced 3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil 3/4 Cups Popcorn Kernels 3 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar, loosely packed 2 Cups Honey Roasted Peanuts

Directions
1Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and render the bacon pieces until crispy, then drain on paper towels
2Heat a heavy-bottomed pot over medium-high heat and add the oil. Heat until the oil just begins to shimmer
3Add the popcorn kernels in an even layer in the oil, then sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top
4Cover with a lid, leaving a crack for steam to vent, shaking occasionally until the kernels begin to pop
5Once the popcorn begins popping in earnest, shake constantly
6When the popping slows to 1 kernel per second, remove and dump immediately into a large bowl
7Add the rendered bacon and peanuts, and toss to combine
8Serve immediately, or allow to cool to room temperature and store for up to 2 days in an airtight container
