  • 4 Farmland Ham Steaks4
  • 1 cup Citrus IPA beer1 cup
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard1/2 cup
  • 1 teaspoon Ground clove1 teaspoon
  • 3 tablespoons Orange marmalade3 tablespoons
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar2 tablespoons
  • 8 ounces Hoop cheese8 ounces
  • 8 slices Sourdough bread8 slices

Instructions


  1. Preheat the grill to 350ºF

  2. Combine beer, mustard, clove, orange marmalade, and brown sugar in a bowl to create a glaze mixture

  3. Grill the ham steak 2 to 3 minutes per side to form grill marks. Brush each side with the glazing mixture

  4. Add 2 ounces of cheese on the top of each ham steak and let melt for 1 minute

  5. Place on sourdough bread and serve
