4 Farmland Ham Steaks 1 cup Citrus IPA beer 1/2 cup Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon Ground clove 3 tablespoons Orange marmalade 2 tablespoons Brown sugar 8 ounces Hoop cheese 8 slices Sourdough bread

Directions
1Preheat the grill to 350ºF
2Combine beer, mustard, clove, orange marmalade, and brown sugar in a bowl to create a glaze mixture
3Grill the ham steak 2 to 3 minutes per side to form grill marks. Brush each side with the glazing mixture
4Add 2 ounces of cheese on the top of each ham steak and let melt for 1 minute
5Place on sourdough bread and serve
