1 pound Brussel Sprouts, Quartered with Core Removed
 
1 pound Butternut Squash, Diced
 
1 pound Shallots, Peeled & Quartered
 
1 pound Small Potatoes, Quartered
 
3 tablespoons Olive Oil
 
2 tablespoons Fresh Thyme, Minced
 
1/4 cup Hot Honey
Ham Steaks, 16oz

Directions
1Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
2In a large mixing bowl, toss the sprouts, butternut squash, shallots, potatoes, olive oil, and thyme to combine.
3Spread the vegetables onto a foil-lined sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.
4Place the ham steaks on the sheet pan and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the ham is heated through.
5Remove from the oven, drizzle with the hot honey, and serve immediately.
