Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the sprouts, butternut squash, shallots, potatoes, olive oil, and thyme to combine.
Spread the vegetables onto a foil-lined sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.
Place the ham steaks on the sheet pan and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the ham is heated through.
Remove from the oven, drizzle with the hot honey, and serve immediately.
