Ingredients
Breakfast BLT
- 12 Slices Farmland Thick Cut Bacon12 Slices
- 4 Eggs4
- 8 Slices Thick White Bread, lightly toasted8 Slices
- 4 Pieces Leaf Lettuce4 Pieces
- 3 Ripe Tomatoes, sliced3
- 3 Teaspoons Salt3 Teaspoons
Bacon Sun-Dried Tomato Mayonnaise
- 2 Slices Farmland Thick Cut Bacon, cooked and crumbled2 Slices
- 2 Ounces Sun-Dried Tomatoes2 Ounces
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise1/4 Cup
Instructions
Cook all the bacon until crispy and set aside
Fry eggs over medium and set aside
Mix the bacon sun-dried tomato mayonnaise ingredients together. Toast the bread and spread the mixture on the inside of each slice
Layer each sandwich with fried egg, sliced tomato, three slices of cooked bacon and leaf lettuce
Season with salt and pepper and enjoy
