  • 2 Packages Farmland Original Pork Sausage Links, Coarsely Chopped2 Packages
  • 16 Ounces Refrigerated Hash Browns, Shredded16 Ounces
  • 3 Scallions, Trimmed and Sliced3
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil¼ Cup
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt1 Teaspoon
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper½ Teaspoon
  • 3 Cups (Packed) Baby Spinach3 Cups (Packed)
  • ½ Cup Red Pepper, Diced½ Cup
  • ½ Cup Onion, Diced½ Cup
  • 6 Large Eggs6
  • ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese½ Cup

Instructions


  1. Start the campfire or grill and heat to approximately 350°F.

  2. Dice the peppers, onions, and chives.

  3. Crack and whisk the eggs.

  4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and portion out into 4 foil packets.

  5. Add to the grill or campfire and cook for 10-15 minutes.
