Mixed cocktail nuts, chopped

Chocolate candy coating

White chocolate candy coating
16 ounces
4 ounces
Sanding sugar
4 ounces
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line one package of bacon on a baking rack on top of a sheet pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy. Let cool
Chop the cocktail nuts
Place the candy coatings in a microwavable container and heat according to package directions in the microwave until melted
Dredge the bacon in the candy coating and place on parchment paper
Sprinkle bacon with sanding sugar, chopped nuts and other toppings as desired
