Directions
1Preheat the grill to 350°F
2Slice peaches in half and remove the pits. Coat cut sides with olive oil and set aside
3Divide goat cheese into four equal parts, 2 ounces each and set aside
4Grill peaches, cut side down, until they begin to soften and char slightly
5Grill ham steaks until warmed all the way through
6To assemble, place each ham steak on a plate. Top with 2 ounces of goat cheese and then place 2-3 grilled peach halves on top of goat cheese
7If you have any leftover grilled peaches, use them as dessert paired with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and enjoy
